Be a part of our dynamic team and let's transform the industry together!Senior Software EngineerWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (50/50 frontend/backend) to join our team and help build a greenfield product: Gifting.Gifting enables brands to seamlessly send products to creators, manage fulfillment, and track outcomes—powering the next generation of creator commerce.This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across the entire stack to design and build scalable systems from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with product and design to define the architecture, ship quickly, and iterate on a brand-new experience.Tech StackFrontend: React, TypeScript, JoyUI/MUIBackend: Python (Django), Node.js (TypeScript)Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, EC2)In this role, you’ll get to:Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend (true 50/50 contribution)Help design and build a greenfield product, contributing to architecture and technical direction from day oneDevelop scalable APIs and services using Django and Node.jsBuild intuitive, performant UIs using React and modern component librariesCollaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure clean system design, maintainability, and scalability across the stackImplement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and API testing)Optimize application performance and reliabilityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesWork closely with other engineers to ensure seamless frontend-backend integrationWho you are and what you’ll need for this position:5+ years of full stack development experience with meaningful contributions to both frontend and backend systemsStrong experience with:React + TypeScriptBackend development (Node.js and/or Python/Django)Proven ability to build and scale systems from scratch (greenfield experience strongly preferred)Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and system architectureExperience building responsive, high-quality user interfacesFamiliarity with testing frameworks and writing reliable, maintainable testsExperience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflowsComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownershipNice to HaveExperience with creator economy, e-commerce, or logistics/fulfillment systemsFamiliarity with event-driven architectures or async processingExperience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, shipping providers)What We’re Looking ForAn engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, not just ticketsSomeone comfortable navigating both frontend and backend complexity equallyA builder who thrives in 0 → 1 environments and can help shape the product and system as it evolvesConfidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
