We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with deep experience in Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications. This role will have significant technical ownership, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and mentor other developers while working closely with product and platform teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+/Core). Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, SQL, Storage, Key Vault). Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; promote DevOps best practices across teams. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural guidance. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, reliability, and observability. Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and remediation. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to hiring and onboarding. Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and delivery processes. Required Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET). Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, releases, work item integration). Solid experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures. Strong knowledge of relational databases (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and data access patterns (Entity Framework, Dapper). Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices (SOLID, clean architecture, automated testing, CI/CD). Experience leading technical initiatives or acting as a technical owner/lead on projects. Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes). Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform). Event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs). Security and compliance in cloud environments (identity, secrets management, least privilege). Observability and monitoring (Application Insights, Azure Monitor). Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305) a plus. Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
