Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Software Development Engineer in Seattle, WA:Job Duties: Lead the development and testing of our systems and services. Participatein shaping the technical architecture of the product. Help translate product requirementsinto user stories and technical solutions. Deliver highly available and scalable servicesin a production environment. Mentor other engineers, support the technical culture, andhelp grow the team. Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies. Communicatewith project leads, product managers and other software developers. Telecommuting isan option. Some travel to Sofi offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in ComputerScience, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years ofexperience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Azure, (2) Spring Boot, (3) Docker, (4) Kubernetes, (5)Helm, (6) Apache Hadoop, (7) GIT, (8) Junit, (9) Apache Pig, (10) Apache Hive; (11)developing and scaling production software (two years). Any suitable combination ofeducation, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Sometravel to Sofi offices may be required.
