Senior Software Developer
CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Software Developer to support our DOE client in designing, developing, and optimizing software applications and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern development methodologies, and ensuring secure and efficient software solutions. The Software Developer will play a key role in automation, system integration, and process improvements, contributing to mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
Ā Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design system architecture, and ensure seamless software functionality.
Ā Implement DevSecOps best practices, incorporating security and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ā Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to enhance software reliability and maintainability.
Ā Support data migration and system integration strategies, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.
Ā Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and optimize system performance.
Ā Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for software applications.
Ā Actively participate in Agile and Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, risk management, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
Ā 12+ years of experience in software development, application design, and system integration.
Ā Proficiency in:
Ā ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, PL-SQL, T-SQL
Ā Agile methodologies, DevOps, and automation
Ā Software security best practices and DevSecOps principles
Ā Cloud and on-premises software integration
Ā Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ā Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ā Required Certifications: Agile and Scrum Certifications; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Ā US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Ā Experience with Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, and MicroStrategy.
Ā Familiarity with government, research, or high-security environments.
Ā Willingness to relocate to New Mexico for hybrid on-site support as required.
