Role Overview Join QualiMed Mental Health Psychotherapy as a Senior Social Worker in a dynamic remote environment. This role is pivotal in providing compassionate support and guidance to clients within our Hospice Center, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored care plans. • Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families facing end-of-life challenges. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and support. • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and progress. • Stay updated on best practices and implement effective therapeutic techniques. Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospice or palliative care. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
