Job Description Experian® Software Solutions (ESS) empowers businesses to make smarter decisions by integrating predictive data, analytics, AI and modern software. Our flagship product, PowerCurve , delivers the best decisioning across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to collections, fraud detection, and identity resolution. With a growing cloud-based platform, ESS is transforming how global enterprises in finance, telecom, and other sectors use data and AI to drive performance. Maintain high availability and reliability of the Ascend One Platform. Lead incident response, coordinate teams, and conduct blameless postmortems. Build monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. Automate manual processes and collaborate on resilient system design. Promote SRE best practices, mentor junior engineers, and support on-call rotations.
