Wellbeam is backed by American Pacific Group.Job Description:Role: Senior Shopify Developer (DTC / CRO-Focused)ObjectiveHire a senior, A-player Shopify developer to own our website experience end-to-end.Primary goal:Increase conversion rate and site performanceShip high-quality landing pages quicklySupport full website rebuild + ongoing experimentationThis role replaces the need for an external agency and brings execution in-house.Core Responsibilities1. Landing Page Development (Primary Focus)Build net-new landing pages from FigmaTranslate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify pagesImprove layouts, UX, and conversion during implementationCreate iterations / variants for testingExpectation:Fast turnaroundHigh qualityCRO-minded execution (not just design replication)2. Shopify Development (Full Ownership)Customize and extend Shopify theme (Liquid, JS, HTML/CSS)Build reusable sections and templatesImplement new functionality within Shopify architectureTroubleshoot bugs and fix issues quickly3. CRO & ExperimentationImplement A/B tests and landing page variationsIdentify opportunities to improve conversionOptimize funnels, PDPs, and landing experiences4. Site Performance & Technical QualityImprove site speed and Core Web VitalsEnsure clean, scalable, maintainable codeOptimize mobile experience5.
