What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Perform complex business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and user story creation
 Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on Salesforce configuration best practices
 Communicate effectively with business users on project status and support tickets
 Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate test activities
 Provide data expertise and consulting for commercial reporting and analytics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
 Minimum 3 years of experience in projects related to commercial/sales process improvement
 Active experience with Salesforce or recent experience working with Salesforce
 Minimum certification as Salesforce Administrator, additional certifications are a plus
 Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com concepts and features
 BS in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
 Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry
 Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
 Ability to work in a deadline-focused, dynamic environment
 Excellent communication and influencing skills
 Experience in process improvement and training
