Your role and responsibilities As a seasoned Project Manager: SuccessFactors, you will lead SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. This includes managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SuccessFactors consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables that meet business objectives and customer needs. • Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions to meet the required quality standards. • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S. Required technical and professional expertise • Deep Expertise in SuccessFactors Implementation: Proven experience in managing large-scale HR technology implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SuccessFactors products and project management methodologies. • Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Strong Understanding of Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. • Experience in Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions to meet the required quality standards. • Experience in Vendor Relationship Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. Preferred technical and professional experience • Advanced Project Planning Tools: Experience with project planning tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management. • HR Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR technology platforms, including SuccessFactors, to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions that meet business objectives. • IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management principles and practices to ensure quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions.
