Our Health Sector Client is undertaking a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Modernization Program.
The organization currently operates on SAP ECC supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities, and Human Capital Management. The objective is to transition to a cloud-based SAP S/4HANA environment efficiently and without disruption to business operations.
We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join the modernization program team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and governance
• Manage program budgets and timelines
• Prepare executive-level reporting and steering committee materials
• Oversee change management and stakeholder engagement
• Drive alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR functions
Required Experience
• 10+ years managing complex enterprise ERP programs
• Proven SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation experience
• Experience managing large teams (50+ resources)
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project Professional / MSPO an asset
• Experience in regulated or unionized environments an asset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Experience managing large multi-year enterprise transformation programs
• Strong risk management and governance expertise
• Exceptional executive communication skills
