Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant with Conga CLM Expertise Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with specialized skills in Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) to support a remote project aligned with PST hours. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, as well as extensive knowledge of Conga CLM to manage contract lifecycle processes effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Conga CLM to optimize contract lifecycle processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. • Manage and implement complex workflows, process automation, and custom objects within Salesforce to support contract management needs. • Develop and execute data migration strategies and integration plans for Conga CLM. • Provide best practices and guidance on Salesforce and Conga CLM to ensure system scalability and compliance. • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and enhancing user experience within Salesforce. • Maintain accurate documentation of configuration, development, and testing activities. • Work closely with project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a proven track record in configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. • 3+ years of experience in Conga CLM, with a deep understanding of contract management workflows, templates, and document generation. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and administration. • Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware). • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and data access. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels. • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer I are highly preferred.
