We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to be a cornerstone of our RevTech team, ensuring our core CRM is not just functional, but a powerful engine driving our growth. Your Role As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the backbone of our revenue technology stack. You will act as the primary owner for all non-Apex developed solutions, from initial problem definition to final implementation. Serving as a key technical partner to our Salesforce Product Manager, you will ensure business needs are effectively translated into scalable platform enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the platform to meet our evolving business objectives. What You Will Work On • Product Partnership & Solution Design: Partner closely with the RevTech leadership and Salesforce Product Manager to manage the intake process for new requests. For all Salesforce-related revenue capabilities that do not require custom code, you will own the problem definition and requirements gathering, ensuring clear, actionable plans are developed, documented, and aligned with strategic priorities. • Declarative Development & Ownership: Own and manage all aspects of declarative development. Build and maintain robust solutions using Flow, validation rules, page layouts, and custom objects to automate and enhance business processes. You will be the go-to expert for all non-Apex developed features within our Salesforce instance.Third-Party Application Management: Take full ownership of the configuration and point-and-click administration for third-party applications owned by the Revenue team (e.g., Gong, Clay, etc.). You will ensure these tools are effectively integrated, maintained, and optimized to support our business processes. • Core Salesforce Administration: Manage all day-to-day aspects of user and license management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure platform integrity. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to empower our end-users. • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and proactively recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements. Qualifications • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a fast-paced environment • Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I, Platform Administrator II, and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. • Additional certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.). • Proven experience gathering business requirements, defining problems, and translating stakeholder needs into well-documented technical solutions. • Deep expertise in declarative development, especially with Salesforce Flow. • Proven experience managing Salesforce and its integrations. Direct experience with the following is a strong plus: Gong and Clay • Familiarity with other common RevTech tools is beneficial (e.g., marketing automation platforms, email/cadence solutions, lead routing platforms, data enrichment tools). • Excellent and effective communication skills, with an emphasis on creating clear technical documentation and end-user training materials. • An organized, detail-oriented individual deeply invested in the data integrity of internal systems. • A passion for building elegant, user-friendly solutions that people love to use. • Experience with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
