Senior Salesforce Admin/Developer/Data Architect – Contractor (No H-1B, 10+ yrs exp, $83/hr)

We are expanding our team to help this prestigious organization enhance its digital outreach through the Salesforce ecosystem. Role Description We are seeking a senior Salesforce professional with 10+ dedicated years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and data. This is a full-time, non-H1-B, remote contractor position. The hourly rate is $83/hour. The selected candidate will support the implementation, customization, and management of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions for the Smithsonian Institution1. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions2. Key Responsibilities • Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service Clouds, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio. • Nonprofit Cloud Management: Administer and enhance the Nonprofit Cloud environment, handling configuration, automation, and security management. • Data Integrity: Manage data integration and migration processes, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance. • Process Automation: Build guided processes, Dataraptors, and integration procedures using OmniStudio to streamline business workflows. • Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide ongoing support and training. • Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing. Required Skills • Experience: 10+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience (Development, Administration, and Data). • OmniStudio: Demonstrated expertise in OmniStudio for building guided processes and integration procedures. • Lightning Web Components (LWC): Advanced proficiency in developing custom user interfaces and interactive components using LWC. • Nonprofit Cloud: Hands-on experience with Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), customization, and administration tailored to the nonprofit sector. • Experience Cloud: Proven experience building and managing digital experiences and community portals. • Data Integration: Strong skills in data migration and integration with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience administering Salesforce, including security configurations, objects, fields, and automations.
