Senior Sales Overlay – Unity Asset Manager

The opportunityUnity is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Overlay to lead and manage Unity Asset Manager sales across the AMER region. This role is critical in ensuring Unity continues growth and increases market share for our Real-Time 3D Asset Management suite, and will collaborate across multiple internal teams and supporting sales reps in customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments.What you'll be doingStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Asset Manager sales growth across the AMER region.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure distribution licenses are accurately priced and aligned with Unity’s objectives.Customer Engagement: Support sales in customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases where Unity Asset Manager creates competitive advantage or operational efficiencies for CustomersMarket Insights: Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase Customer valueComplex Deal Management: Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.What we're looking forSenior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry.Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance.Strategic mindset with a history of developing and executing successful market strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with both internal teams and external customers.Familiarity with digital asset management software, PLM/PDM and cloud-based enterprise collaboration software is highly preferred.Additional informationRelocation support is not available for this position.Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionLife at UnityUnity [NYSE: U] is the leading platform to create and grow games and interactive experiences.
