Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive efficiencies and growth.
• Support the North America Sales Vice President with forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
• Create regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Train sales team on tools and best practices.
• Track and report key sales metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial skills and business acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau software.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Strong research and reporting skills.
• Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of channel distribution strategies is a plus.
