We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive on the excitement of setting up meetings and have at least 10 years of experience in making outbound calls to engage new prospects. Required Skills And Experience
10+ years of experience in securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director)

Excellent communication skills to engage prospects and their assistants, build rapport quickly, and navigate conversations effectively

Self-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented with a methodical approach

Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, file sharing, and Zoom

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Secure and schedule initial meetings with high-level decision-makers on behalf of our clients

Communicate value propositions through phone, voicemail, and email to maximize meeting opportunities

Maintain daily CRM activity and leverage reports to optimize performance

Learn and convey complex information to prepare clients for successful prospect meetings

Confirm meetings, write reports, and conduct bi-weekly reviews while tracking performance metrics

Participate in internal and external meetings via videoconferencing

Collaborate with research tools and teams to refine prospect lists

Provide exceptional support and service to clients, prospects, and team members

Offer consultative sales advice to clients and colleagues

Additional Information

A Salesforce aptitude test and role play will be part of the interview process.

Access to a reliable PC or Mac and stable Wi-Fi is required.
