As a STRATEGIC SALES EXECUTIVE (SSE) on our Sales team, you’ll help clients identify the right solutions and services offered by Paradigm to support their top business and technology investments. Guided by our ethics-first values and outcome-driven approach, this role is ideal for professionals who want to make a measurable impact for clients, colleagues, and themselves. In this role, you will help high-growth organizations design and deliver high-impact solutions across data, cloud, and AI with an unwavering focus on quantifiable outcomes. What You’ll Do Guided by Paradigm’s mission to turn vision into results, you will: • Manage a business with assigned accounts and partners selling into new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and leading complex initiatives with Paradigm’s practice team and strategic ecosystem partners. • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow new business through collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase awareness and generate leads. • Oversee proposal development, contract structuring, and pricing strategy alongside Paradigm’s practice leaders to ensure that Paradigm’s value is clearly communicated and aligned with client objectives. • Provide executive-level oversight on engagements and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership and stakeholders. • This role requires experience in professional services, the ability to drive business growth, and a focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Required Qualifications • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience selling technology consulting services in the Data Management, Data Governance, MDM, Analytics, and/or AI sector. • Consistently achieves revenue targets with a strong history in consultative sales, business development, and account growth. • 50% travel required Why Join Paradigm We’re a consultancy where integrity drives innovation and people are empowered to create meaningful, measurable change.
