You’ll be on the front lines of our international growth, targeting DACH, French, and English-speaking markets.Key Responsibilities:Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for Account ExecutivesQualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetingsConduct compelling outreach in German, English, and FrenchCollaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategiesUse tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipeline and outreachCoach and guide junior SDRs on prospecting tactics, objection handling, and outreach qualityAnalyze outreach data and optimize performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, etc.)Contribute to onboarding new SDRs and support sales training effortsRequirements3+ years of hands-on SDR experience in B2B SaaS or technologyProven ability to generate a qualified pipeline through cold outreachExperience coaching or mentoring other SDRs is a strong plusExcellent written and verbal communication in German, English, and FrenchStrong understanding of sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)Comfortable working across multiple markets and adapting messaging accordinglySelf-starter with high energy, accountability, and a growth mindsetBenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusHybrid or remote work flexibilityClear path to Account Executive or SDR Team Lead rolesLearning budget and regular mentorshipDiverse, international team and inclusive cultureOriginally posted on Himalayas
