Responsibilities
• Own outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Build target account lists and identify decision-makers in relevant industries.
• Book discovery calls and maintain activity targets in the sales funnel.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Lead product demos and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
• Create compelling proposals and negotiate terms effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure delivery and feasibility of solutions.
• Provide customer insights to enhance sales materials and positioning.

Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record.
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings.
• Familiarity with Web3 technology and market trends is desirable.
• Experience with CRM tools and maintaining clean records.
• Strong discovery skills to engage potential customers effectively.
