General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance. In this role, you will…
- Provide risk consultations for all lines of business to include Hospitals, Physician Practices, Senior Care and Healthcare Facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance and recommendations to promote safe patient care.
- Develop relationships that will strengthen ties with customers or prospects.
- Identify ways to assist team members to address customer specific risk management needs, supporting the development of new and existing business by engaging with customers and team members.
- Identify ways to leverage risk expertise & industry knowledge to provide a marketing advantage.
- Provide content for new and ongoing risk management informational products and presents educational programs.
- Organize, plan and execute on-site (or phone) reviews of customers / prospects.
- Be able and willing to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
- Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 10+ years experience in a clinical nursing area with risk management experience.
- Ability to travel extensively (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana).
- CPHRM designation (preferred).
- Quality Training (is a plus).
