Lead and build a high-performing team of machine learning and research engineers to develop responsible AI technologies
Advocate for scientific and engineering excellence, contributing to the architecture and high-level structure of our AI-driven platform and features
Collaborate with product and partner teams to drive requirement definition, technical quality, and execution
Build and grow inclusive, diverse teams that thrive in a dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience leading teams that have delivered sophisticated machine-learning systems and human-centered AI products
A strong research or product deployment record in areas related to responsible AI, with publications in top ML and HCI venues
Strong research fundamentals, machine learning principles, and development methodologies around LLMs, foundation models, and diffusion models
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
Strong human-centered research and design fundamentals in Human-Centered AI, Responsible AI, Human-Computer Interaction, and related fields
Excellent organizational and operational skills, with experience working with large, cross-functional, and diverse teams
Education & Experience
A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Human-Computer Interaction is required.
