Senior Researcher, Product Experience (Personalization & Member Experience)

As a Senior Researcher for Product Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the personalized and member experience for millions of users worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about understanding user behavior and creating seamless and engaging experiences. If you are a strategic thinker, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of user experience, we want you on our team. Conduct extensive user research to better understand user behavior, preferences, and needs. Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the overall product experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the member experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience to inform product decisions. Lead the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimize the product experience. Use data and insights to make recommendations for product improvements and new feature development. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers. Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in all product decisions. Mentor and guide junior researchers to help build a strong research team.
