Responsibilities
• Design and execute end-to-end research studies using a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in design, product management, and engineering to align research with strategic goals.
• Translate product objectives into clear, structured research plans.
• Deliver actionable insights and confidently present findings to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity and user-centricity, evaluating design effectiveness and informing new ideas.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience, applied research, or product development.
• Expertise in a wide range of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
• Proven experience in a research role on a technology product.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate a growth mindset, and translate research findings into strategic narratives.
• Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST) core business hours.
