This position will support qualitative data analysis, research synthesis, technical writing support, and development of research-related materials. The selected individual must be able to work independently, manage assigned tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide qualitative data analysis support using NVivoReview, organize, and synthesize qualitative dataDevelop analytic summaries, interpretive memos, tables, and related research materialsProvide technical writing and revision support for research and dissemination materialsSupport integration of findings into structured project documents and outputsProvide limited quantitative data support, as needed, including data organization and descriptive summariesComplete assigned tasks in accordance with project timelines and expectationsMinimum QualificationsMasterâs degree in a relevant fieldExperience in qualitative research and data analysisProficiency in NVivoStrong technical, academic, or research writing skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Education and ExperienceDoctoral degree in a relevant fieldExperience in health, healthcare, nursing, public health, or community-based researchExperience with mixed-methods research or basic quantitative data supportExperience supporting grant-funded or dissemination-focused research projectsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of qualitative research methods and analytic processesSkill in using NVivo for coding, organization, and analysis of qualitative dataSkill in technical and research writingAbility to synthesize complex findings into clear written materialsAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentialityWork Environment This is a remote, task-based, temporary position.
