Lead and coordinate cross-functional research projects from conception to delivery. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders. Manage project scope and ensure all project deliverables are met. Identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and vendors. Ensure all projects comply with company policies and procedures. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff. Continuously monitor and evaluate project processes to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings. Develop and maintain project documentation and reports. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biotechnology. Uphold a high standard of quality and compliance in all project activities. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to promote seamless project execution. Identify and implement best practices for project management within the company. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for the project team. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
