Senior Renewable Energy Engineer, Solar PV Systems

Our client, a leading innovator in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewable Energy Engineer to focus on Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system design and implementation. This role is integral to the company's mission of advancing clean energy solutions. You will be responsible for the technical design, engineering, and project management of utility-scale and commercial solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in solar energy engineering. Proven experience with PV system design software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope), grid interconnection studies, and performance modeling is required. Responsibilities include developing detailed electrical and structural designs, conducting site assessments, performing energy yield analyses, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from conception through commissioning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
