Senior Remote Legal Advisor

• Support Board Operations by preparing meeting materials and ensuring seamless governance.
• Drive Corporate Compliance to align internal policies with best practices.
• Provide strategic direction in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Develop contract templates and policies for efficient legal operations.
• Oversee protection of intellectual property assets in commercial transactions.
• Operate autonomously to provide practical legal advice to business partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on complex commercial matters.
• Manage outside counsel to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Requirements
• J.D. Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 5-10+ years of high-level legal experience.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
