Position Overview
This full‑time, remote role operates Monday through Friday, with core business hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. While the majority of your schedule will align with these hours, occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs. You will receive four weeks of comprehensive, on‑the‑job training that is fully aligned with your personal schedule, ensuring you have the tools and confidence to succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Member Advocacy: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for members, providing clear guidance on health‑plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage options.
Escalation Management: Resolve complex, escalated calls (typically 50‑70 per day) with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams, sharing best practices and supporting peer development.
Benefit Education: Educate members on consumer‑driven health‑care concepts, helping them select optimal benefit plans and maximize plan value.
Provider Coordination: Contact doctors’ offices and internal specialists on behalf of members to facilitate appointment scheduling and care coordination.
Digital Navigation Assistance: Guide members through careerzynith’s online portals (including mycareerzynith.com) and encourage self‑service adoption.
Conflict Resolution: Apply conflict‑management techniques to de‑escalate stressful situations and deliver positive outcomes.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document interactions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to careerzynith’s telecommuter and data‑security policies.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
Minimum age of 18 years.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, a medical office, health‑care setting, call‑center, or a similar environment where problem‑solving is a core function.
Demonstrated ability to translate health‑care terminology into simple, step‑by‑step instructions.
Availability to work the standard business hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST.


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in health‑care or health‑insurance environments.
Familiarity with billing, finance, eligibility verification, and related processes.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
