Senior Reinsurance Analyst POST NUMBER: 466911

We are seeking a seasoned reinsurance professional to support the structuring, execution, and operational management of captive and program reinsurance arrangements. In this role, you will represent the carrier side of transactions and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of reinsurance programs. Responsibilities: • Review and interpret reinsurance agreements, ensuring accurate setup and execution of treaty terms. • Coordinate with underwriting, legal, finance, and actuarial teams to support deal implementation and ongoing management • Responsible for Captive Collateral management including calculating requirements Requirements : • Demonstrated ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders in collaborative projects. • 5 years of relevant experience in reinsurance operations, with a strong focus on captive or fronting arrangements. • Deep understanding of reinsurance structures (quota share, excess of loss, stop loss) and collateral mechanisms. • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills • Strong Excel Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
