We’re Looking For a hands-on, technically inclined compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and innovative financial solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded within our product teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, lead compliance strategies, and support the development of cutting-edge financial products. What You'll Be Doing: Act on the regulatory front for SCFI (Credit, Financing, and Investment Company) and Open Finance initiatives, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations and established phases, standards, and timelines.Collaborate in the regulatory transition process to a Type 3 Conglomerate, participating in institutional restructuring strategies and operational alignment with financial institution requirements.Support the execution and monitoring of Regulatory Compliance Adjustment Plans, ensuring obligations, deadlines, and capital requirements are properly met according to COSIF standards.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to adapt policies, develop compliant solutions, and align operational flows with regulatory requirements.Monitor and interpret regulatory updates from BACEN and other supervisory bodies, providing strategic guidance on topics including Zetta, payments landscape evolution, and financial data-sharing initiatives.Serve as the main point of contact with external entities such as the Central Bank, Open Finance Governance Structure, and industry forums, positioning the organization in regulatory and technical discussions.Implement internal controls, governance practices, and reporting routines, including risk management frameworks and data governance policies within the Open Finance context.Identify compliance gaps and regulatory risks, supporting the development and execution of corrective action plans while promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.Ensure regulatory compliance in new product and feature development, providing strategic input and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders. What You Need To Succeed: A university degree in a related field and a strong passion for financial regulation.Experience inPayment Institutions, financial institutions, andType 3 conglomerates.Fluency inPortugueseandadvanced English, enabling you to navigate international regulatory environments with ease.Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to effectively bridge compliance, technology, and innovation.Experience withCOSIF standardsapplicable to Type 3 conglomerates is required.Experience applyingartificial intelligenceto compliance workflows.Having participated in theauthorization processes of financial institutionsis a plus (but not mandatory).
