You’ll build your own client portfolio, convert opportunities into placements, and develop long-term relationships.What You’ll DoBusiness DevelopmentProactively identify, engage, and convert new clients.Build and grow a portfolio of long-term client relationships.Present Outsourcery’s value clearly to founders and senior stakeholders.Recruitment DeliveryManage roles end-to-end, from brief to placement and follow-up.Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.Conduct interviews and assess fit (technical, behavioural, cultural).Manage interview process, feedback, and offers.Deliver on multiple roles (8–10) without compromising quality.Provide regular updates and adjust approach as needed.Client & Candidate ManagementLead client interactions and manage expectations.Provide guidance on hiring, salaries, and market trends.Ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.Build long-term relationships to support repeat business.Market & BrandStay up to date on UK and SA market trends.Act as a strong representative of the Outsourcery brand.Feed insights back into the business.RequirementsNon-negotiable:Degree or Diploma.5+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience.Proven track record in business development and client wins.Strong sourcing capability and placement track record.Experience working with founders / senior stakeholders.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Preferred:Experience with CRM/ATS tools.Exposure to the UK market.Practical use of AI tools in your workflow.Relationship-led sales approach.EOR industry experience.Strong instinct for identifying high-quality talent.What Success Looks Like:Consistent pipeline of new clients.Leads converted into signed roles.High-quality placements delivered consistently.Strong client relationships and repeat business.A high-quality experience for clients and candidates.BenefitsRemote, work-from-home opportunity.Basic Salary + Commission.Learning & Development.Exposure to International Clients.
