Talent Acquisition Manager β Hospitality (Remote with Travel)
Location: Dallas (Remote-Based)
Salary: $100,000 + Benefits (Health, 401(k))
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts. This is a remote-based role, ideally located in or near Seattle, with travel required to support on-site hiring initiatives and leadership alignment across multiple markets.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead full-cycle recruitment for management and hourly roles across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts
β’ Partner with operational leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans
β’ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the organization
β’ Travel to various locations to support openings, hiring events, and leadership training initiatives
β’ Develop and implement best-in-class recruiting processes and employer branding strategies
β’ Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
β’ Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring performance
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience required. Must have experience supporting multi-unit hospitality operations.
β’ All agency backgrounds are not preferred
β’ Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting and leadership hiring
β’ Proven ability to work remotely while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
β’ Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 20β40%)
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
β’ Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
