Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles (hourly, professional, and niche positions)
Partner with hiring managers (including senior leaders) to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Drive candidate pipeline development for critical roles, particularly in deposition services and technical recruiting
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Lever or similar)
Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
Support process improvements and recruiting best practices as needed

Qualifications:

3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Experience recruiting for high-volume and/or specialized roles (legal services, operations, or tech a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively identify talent
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Experience with ATS systems (Lever strongly preferred)

Compensation: $50/hour with a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week (contract, no benefits)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
