Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who is ready to take full ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, while also supporting with HR-related tasks as needed. If you're passionate about talent acquisition, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to have a real impact—we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments and levels Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver efficient hiring strategies Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the process Support onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee documentation, data tracking, and supporting internal HR initiatives Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal employment standards Requirements:Fluent in both English and Russian (verbal and written)—this is a must Minimum 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or international environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools Ability to work across multiple time zones and teams HR-related background or experience is a strong advantage Who we are looking for:We need a strong, proactive, and experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running and take full responsibility for our hiring needs.
