We’re a sharp, fast-moving team of 40+ strategists, designers, developers, and PMs. We move quickly, hire intentionally, and care deeply about cultural and performance fit.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience—someone who knows how to find, vet, and close top talent across sales, design, development, project management, and strategy roles. You’ll own the entire hiring process from intake to offer, and partner closely with leadership to drive hiring decisions that support our fast-growing pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and disciplines: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, closingPartner with executive team to define role profiles, scorecards, and compensation bandsSource both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and referralsEvaluate candidates for both cultural fit and role-specific competency—no checkbox recruitingRun structured, efficient processes that keep candidates informed and moving quicklyCoordinate with hiring managers and streamline communication across stagesMaintain clean candidate pipelines, track progress, and report metrics regularlyBuild and maintain a strong bench of freelancers and potential full-time hires for future rolesQualifications10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or tech/digital environmentProven track record filling a wide range of roles (sales, designers, developers, PMs, etc.)Deep understanding of hiring remote talent globally (U.S., LATAM, India, etc.)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentExcellent judgment—knows when to push a candidate forward and when to passStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy: experience using ATS (e.g. Ashby, Lever, or equivalent)Bonus Points If You HaveExperience hiring in creative or digital agenciesAbility to help improve internal hiring processes and playbooksStrong network of freelance and full-time talent in design/dev/PM spaceWhat You’ll GetFull autonomy over your processA responsive, decisive leadership teamFlexible hours (as long as results are delivered)Remote work with high-impact hiresA clear mission: hire smart, hungry, humble people who get things done.Check out our website at http://blacksmith.agencyOriginally posted on Himalayas
