Job Summary

As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading data analysis efforts, developing and implementing processes to improve reporting productivity and accuracy, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate workgroups, to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization will be instrumental in shaping our business strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities


Lead efforts with data evaluation, reviews, and implementing processes to enhance the productivity and accuracy of reporting
Aid in the development of new processes/tools/reports to support more efficient operations of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities
Conduct analysis to drive cost enhancements based on airport rent allotments and station staffing
Collect and manage raw data to produce easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings suitable for all levels of Leadership
Drive solutions and provide recommendations regarding the Real Estate analytical toolset
Maintain and enhance the Real Estate analytical toolset, including defining content management structures, workflows, and templates, and determining on-site access permissions
Assist Leadership with data gathering, analysis, and reporting associated with department-driven metrics
Utilize analytics data education and data visualization tools to acquire and understand large complex data sets surrounding Company commercial and operational performance
Work in a cooperative spirit, mentoring teammates and partnering with other Company data teams
Anticipate problems and communicate solutions in a timely manner
Provide training to internal Customers on reporting groups and methodologies
Perform other job responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, financial tracking, resource modeling, and maintenance practices
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including robust Excel experience (pivot tables, research functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data, including turning raw data into meaningful data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
Skilled in enhancing existing data solutions while balancing assigned work and ad-hoc requests
Ability to analyze design techniques, tools, and standards involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Ability to apply various methodologies and high-level statistical concepts to discover new insights or conventional metrics
Ability to effectively communicate data (written, verbal, and visual) with all levels of the Company, including Senior Leadership
Ability to gather data using both SQL and data transformation tools such as Alteryx
Ability to identify and analyze trends in large sets of data
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
Ability to initiate tasks, perform responsibilities, respond to inquiries, come up with unusual or smart ideas, and develop creative approaches to solve a problem without direction or supervision


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:


Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python


Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:


A High School Diploma or GED
Advanced degree experience, professional and specialized knowledge in:

Analyst or equivalent function
Data collection and analysis
Designing and producing file dashboards
