Senior Real Estate Agent
Our client, a prestigious real estate firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Real Estate Agent to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with a deep understanding of the **Tampa, Florida, US** market and a proven track record of success in residential and/or commercial property sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building client relationships, marketing properties effectively, and closing deals with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from initial client contact to closing. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for properties, utilizing online platforms, social media, and networking. Conduct market analyses to determine optimal pricing for listings. Show properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients. Provide expert advice and guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the entire process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local real estate laws. Manage a personal pipeline of leads and client relationships. Utilize CRM and other real estate technology tools to manage client data and transactions. Attend virtual open houses and client meetings. Qualifications: Active and valid Florida Real Estate License. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a licensed real estate agent, with a strong sales record. In-depth knowledge of the **Tampa, Florida, US** real estate market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate marketing techniques and online listing platforms. Experience with real estate CRM software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes. A network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus. Commitment to providing exceptional client service. This is a commission-based, fully remote contractor role, offering significant earning potential.
