Senior React Developer

About the position The successful candidate will be a highly skilled developer in building scalable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the React, Redux and Spring technology stack. As a Senior Frontend Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining external facing web applications in a fast-paced E-commerce environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop software using React, Redux and Spring REST services as a full stack developer • Build features with modern patterns, support applications using jQuery, extend Adobe AEM Web Content Management, and interface with services from our Java Spring server • Work with teammates locally and remotely as we develop our e-commerce platform following design specs/mockups, styleguides and standards • Develop unit tests using the JEST & RTL framework • Expected to have a solid understanding of software development design patterns and ability to develop solutions from complex business logic • Must have clear oral and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical personnel • Build software using Agile concepts and collaborate with UX, marketing, services, and management teams throughout the development cycle • Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOD/OOA) • Software modeling and simulation • Performs additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Fluency with vanilla JavaScript • Strong ability with HTML, CSS • Experience building complex web applications with modern frameworks • Experience with JavaScript bundlers is a plus (Webpack) • Experience with Java environments / services • Experience with web accessibility (WCAG 2.0) standards • Experience with test driven development / JEST framework • Experience developing with Java is a plus • Ability to make sound judgment and develop applications that make a positive effect on business • Must possess solid ability to multi-task • Must be able to work extended hours as needed What we offer - Competitive salaries throughout LATAM (USD) - Possibility of working 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM - Possibility of joining a new team with great challenges and growth prospects ‍ Apply and start now!
