(Senior) Quant Trader, D1 Orderbook
## What You’ll Be Doing Make Markets for Crypto-Fiat Orderbook. Systematic RFQ quoting for D1 instruments. Conduct research on Alpha signals and backtesting to enhance the profitability of trading strategies. Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of the world-class risk management and trading tools. ## What We Look For In You Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university. Proven records in systematic trading including market making and other systematic trading strategies. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency Delta 1 products and basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency product is a plus. Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/RUST/C++). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.
