Senior QA/ UAT Lead (Telecommunications)
• **Must have experience with Genesys Cloud and CCaaS platforms***
100% Remote, work hours start at 6am PST
No C2C or 3rd Party candidates; must work on a W2
Target Pay is $55-$70 per hour W2
Key qualifications:
• Around 5 years of QA, Testing, or UAT leadership experience
• Proven ownership of end-to-end UAT programs
• UAT planning, governance, execution, and defect management
• Business tester coordination and training facilitation
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience operating within large consulting-led implementations
• Strong Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-pressure delivery environments
• Experience with CCaaS, Genesys Cloud, Oracle transformation programs, utilities, or large system integrators
