You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our backend systems that power our Product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, with a focus on enhancing the performance and user experience for our clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal services and APIs using PythonAutomate internal tasks and workflows for business teamsIntegrate tools into CI/CD pipelinesCreate internal web interfaces (together with frontend developers or independently)Join technical discussions and help make architectural decisionsWrite readable, testable, and stable codeWork with other developers, DevOps, Security, and business teams Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python.Strong expertise in FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including deploying and managing production workloads (e.g., ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS).Familiarity with async Python and event-driven architectures.Deep experience with PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift, including schema design and performance tuning.Interest or experience in leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.Nice to have:Background in MarTech or communication platforms is a plus.Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
