Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com.Job Description:Own end-to-end schedule management across the full project lifecycle, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a cohesive master schedule aligned with contract requirementsDrive proactive risk management using CPM analysis and float management to identify schedule risks early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies and protecting against claimsDeliver senior-level reporting — prepare progress reports, S-curves and baseline deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences; represent schedule performance with customers, consortium partners and suppliersUphold scheduling standards — ensure all schedules conform to company guidelines and procedures; maintain a rigorous as-built schedule capturing baseline versus actual execution for contractually sensitive deviationsDevelop the scheduling function — onboard and mentor Project Schedulers, revise work instructions, and chair schedule-related meetings with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:6+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge across the full lifecycle, including civil works and plant businessStrong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and confidence leading schedule-focused meetings with senior stakeholdersProven CPM and float management skills applied to complex multi-discipline schedules, with the ability to independently derive and implement solutionsStrong verbal and written proficiency in EnglishBachelor's Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.Additional Information:Employee perks, benefitsEmployment contract for an indefinite period+ 13th SalaryAnnual BonusFlexible working time (core time 9-3:00)Home Office possible 2 days a weekExtra days of leaveSick DaysRecreation allowanceReferral ProgramTravel allowanceThe third pillar of the pension schemeSupport for professional and career growth, education and training*Eligibility for benefits is subject to internal rulesFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
