Senior Project Manager – Technical

Job Description: • Manage up to 40 full lifecycle projects in parallel, from initiation to deployment for several initiatives concurrently • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projects • Secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate the project team meetings • Assess and manage risk and issues within, and across, multiple projects • Consistently report on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues • Manage project scope and scope changes • Monitor and manage schedule and budget variances and impacts to the baseline • Monitor and manage critical path deliverables • Continually manage project and stakeholder engagement • Create an outstanding customer experience through excellent delivery • Define success criteria and communicate through project life cycle • Conduct retrospective meetings, assign owners and actions for all lessons learned. • Ensure project members understand what is expected of them by when • Experience leading, motivating and managing internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years experience as Project Manager leading IT projects • Understanding of Project Management Institute Framework and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, ConnectWise. • Process/playbook documentation experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a plus. • Experience being a billable resource • Master multi-tasker • Documentation and Communication Expert • MS Office Suite • ITIL Foundation, a plus • ITIL Practitioner, a plus • The following technical skills are highly desirable: Cloud – Azure/AWS: Cloud Migration & Optimization, Hybrid Cloud Architecture, Azure Active Directory / AWS IAM Network & Infrastructure Upgrade/Implementation: Firewall Deployment & Configuration, Switching & Routing, Wireless Access Points, Network Segmentation Microsoft Suite: Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint & Teams Integration, Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager / Intune Security Solution Implementation: Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security Compliance Assessments: Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2), Risk Assessments, Audit Readiness, Security Posture Reviews Benefits: • Four weeks of annual accrued PTO • Seven paid national holidays • Medical, dental, vision options • Company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability • Voluntary benefits such as critical illness and accident • Voluntary Legal Shield and identity theft protection • Discretionary annual 401k match plan • Generous employee referral bonus plan • Employee Assistance Program • Access to over 90,000+ courses in ADP My Learning • StandOut employee engagement tools • Eligible to apply for a Pluralsight license • Eligible to apply for NexusTek Technical Academy or Leadership Academy Apply tot his job
