In this strategic, high-impact role, you’ll lead a critical company initiative to integrate AI into the core of our software development lifecycle. You’ll transform our “AI-first” vision into reality by managing adoption from pilot to scale, empowering teams to deliver higher-quality software faster, smarter, and more efficiently. What’s in it for you: Be the driving force behind a unique, transformative initiative integrating AI into every stage of the SDLC Bridge AI practices, ambassadors, and engineering teams, ensuring company-wide alignment and adoption Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across practices, gaining broad visibility and influence ✅ Is that you? 6+ years in IT Project/Program/Delivery Management with 2+ projects delivered end-to-end Expertise in Agile and predictive lifecycles; knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills Presentation, reporting, and data analysis skills (advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency) Analytical problem-solving and ability to develop and execute data-driven solutions Experience in Change and Process Management, driving adoption across teams Pre-sales experience and customer-focused approach to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions Adaptability and leadership in dynamic, cross-functional environments Business acumen to align AI adoption with business and client goals Proven ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and foster continuous learning Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Passion for AI and curiosity about emerging tools and trends Relevant PM and AI certifications Awareness of security and data protection best practices Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll lead our company-wide AI adoption initiative, guiding strategy, execution, and team enablement across the SDLC. Lead the company-wide AI adoption program, turning strategy into actionable project plans Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and tech experts to define, prioritize, and manage high-impact AI use cases Oversee evaluation, selection, and procurement of AI tools to meet business and technical needs Manage rollout of AI tools and best practices, starting with pilots and scaling organization-wide Create and oversee training and enablement programs to help engineering teams use new AI capabilities Serve as the key champion of the AI initiative, driving enthusiasm and adoption across teams Set up continuous feedback loops to gather insights, address challenges, and refine adoption strategies Define and implement KPIs to measure AI adoption, engagement, and SDLC impact Prepare and present progress reports and impact analyses to senior leadership and key stakeholders What’s working at Dev.Pro like? ✔️ 30 paid days off per year — take them whenever you want for vacation, holidays, or personal time ✔️ 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off per year for major family events like weddings, funerals, or the birth of a child ✔️ Partially covered health insurance after the probation, plus a wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, and similar needs after 6 months ✔️ Grow your skills with English lessons, online training, conferences, and the option to explore new career paths Our next steps: ✅ Submit a CV in English — ✅ Intro call with a Recruiter — ✅ Internal interview — ✅ Client interview — ✅ Offer Interested?
