Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for large-scale projects in intralogistics - fully remote possible (Warsaw, PL)

Your role in our team You will be responsible for independently coordinating all project-related activities during the planning, procurement, production, on-site assembly, and commissioning of systems in close consultation with the customer, subcontractors, and authorities. You will lead an experienced project team. You will be responsible for convening and chairing all project meetings. You will be responsible for claim management vis-à-vis the customer and subcontractors. You will be responsible for documenting important milestones and will assume full responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality. You will respond to changes in sub-goals and the budget and take corrective action in the event of deviations. You report on project progress to divisional and senior management. Your profile You have technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, or industrial engineering. Alternatively, as an architect or civil engineer, you have in-depth knowledge of investment project management. You already have several years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in the logistics industry. Additional experience in the management of turnkey projects is an advantage. You are characterized by organizational and negotiation skills, good communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to work coupled with assertiveness. You are proficient in MS Office (including MS Project) and have good CAD and SAP skills. You have very good written and spoken English skills. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally (50% DACH plus Eastern Europe region).
