Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction
A top national General Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering a diverse range of construction projects nationwide. Project portfolio spans across various sectors, including Data Center, Cold Storage, Food & Bev, Advanced Manufacturing and other high valued industrial or complex commercial project types. Currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms
ā¢ Manage budgets and schedules
ā¢ Feasibility studies and cash flow management
ā¢ On site management of data center projects
ā¢ Interaction with power and fiber companies
ā¢ Executive level reporting
ā¢ Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
ā¢ Interface with T5 operations team
ā¢ Business development
Minimum Requirements
ā¢ Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, and a strong background in managing both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.
ā¢ Project Size: Proven success in managing multiple projects with values ranging from $5 million to $100 million or more. Preferably in the Data Center, Mission Critical, or Advanced Manufacturing space.
ā¢ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and address challenges as they arise during projects.
ā¢ Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to build and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
ā¢ Technology: Proficiency in construction-related software and technology, as well as Microsoft Office. Experience with CMiC, Procore is a plus.
