About the Role As a Project Manager - Creative, you’ll lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to bring ambitious ideas to life on time and on budget. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem Translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving the integrity of the original vision Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, technology, and account teams Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, engaged, and focused Anticipate risks and blockers and resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and problem-solving Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and effective collaboration Maintain clear and transparent documentation including timelines, status reports, budgets, and key learnings Identify and implement process improvements that enable creative teams to do their best work Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments Familiarity with creative and production workflows including concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro Excellent English communication skills (B2+) with the ability to simplify complex information Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills A flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented producer mindset Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams is a plus #LI-Remote #LI-MO1 About Monks Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
