Le rôle dispose d'une autonomie modérée, nécessitant un haut niveau de discernement opérationnel.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Turnkey or Software delivery Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects (size in relation to GE company) that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field. What you'll bring:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering.5 years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA, EMS & DMS.Experience with the delivery of grid-based software/IT and connectivity solutions.Strong knowledge of PMO principles, governance, and portfolio management.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Arabic and English Language proficiency.Comfortable leading teams across diverse cultures and virtual environments.What will make you stand out: Experience in management of Turnkey Projects under DFI/IFI fundingStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in project analytics, reporting tools, and continuous improvement frameworks.Deep understanding of the GCC energy and digital grid software market.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position Apply tot his job
