In this role, you’ll lead high-impact programmes for leading higher education partners, bringing clarity, momentum, and delivery discipline to projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we deliver: strengthening our processes, supporting and developing talented teams, and building trusted relationships with senior client leaders.If you’re someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you enjoy leading people while delivering work that genuinely makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.The Senior Project Manager role will lead complex, full-lifecycle implementations of our SaaS-based Student Information System (SIS) for higher education clients. This is both a strategic and hands on client-facing role requiring strong delivery leadership, governance, stakeholder management (including executive-level stakeholders), and the ability to mobilise and hold both internal and external teams accountable. The successful candidate will also play a key role in strengthening delivery discipline and project processes to ensure consistent execution across workstreams. You must be be comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment, managing challenging client expectations, and maintaining a clear focus on critical path activities, risk management, and delivery outcomes.
Job requirements
Education & Certification:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Experience:Proven experience delivering complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations, ideally within a multi-workstream environmentStrong track record of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing while maintaining delivery qualityDemonstrated experience managing difficult stakeholders and maintaining client confidence in challenging delivery situationsStrong experience managing and communicating with senior and executive stakeholdersProven ability to establish, adhere to and improve project processes, governance, and delivery disciplineExperience managing risk, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths effectivelyStrong client-facing experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship buildingFamiliarity with Canadian higher education environments and regulatory reporting is a plusHands-on experience using project tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Lead complex SIS implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-go-live supportDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, ensuring clear ownership of milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesDrive focus on critical path activities to ensure delivery progress and effective prioritizationEstablish and maintain strong governance, reporting cadence, and delivery processes to support consistent executionOwn and manage project RAID logs, ensuring proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and timely escalationManage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior and executive stakeholdersLead client meetings and delivery forums, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and decision-makingHold internal and external teams accountable for delivery commitments, supporting escalation resolution where requiredEnsure quality and consistency across all project deliverables, ensuring appropriate documentation and delivery standards are metSupport PMO continuous improvement by contributing to project collateral, templates, and best-practice ways of workingDrive delivery transparency and integrity through clear communication, accurate reporting, and honest status managementWork collaboratively with solution architects, technical teams, and client teams to ensure alignment across delivery workstreams.
