Senior Project Manager-Remote USJob Description: In this role, you will collaborate with prominent companies spanning industries such as Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Medical Devices. You will assume responsibility for leading consulting teams in client engagements that may influence global business practices. Utilizing technologies including ALM and PLM, you will help clients integrate contemporary innovations to meet future objectives.Your team comprises Architects and Consultants at multiple levels who collaborate on projects of diverse scale and complexity. You will engage closely with the broader Customer Success organization, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support to ensure proper definition and development of project scope, resource allocation, and dependencies.Day-To-Day Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scopeCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projectsCommunicate project status regularly to various stakeholdersPerform risk management to mitigate potential risksDevelop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processesRequirements:Requires 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industriesExperience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)Bachelor’s degreeMust be a US CitizenNice to have:PMP certificationExperience with PLM, or ALM, implementationsSkills and knowledge:LeadershipPlanning Developing and Tracking BudgetsWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesSolid organizational and analytical skillsRisk ManagementDetail orientedPTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
